PHB Series, one of the nation's leading e-liquid / vape wholesalers with direct relations with some of the biggest E-juice companies like Cosmic Fog, Californian Grown E-Liquids, Fresh Farms, Five Star, Fresh Pressed, JNGL Nation, Marina Vape, Propaganda, Teardrip Juice Co. and Shijin and more coming.  We also carry a growing selection of PHB Series items as well as CBD, Kratom and Detox items.  We are looking for  passionate, dynamic, and professional individuals to help develop our sales team as we take it to the next level

We have a limited number of slots to fill. After which you will be placed in a cue and notified at the next available position opening.  Due to the limited number of sales slots PHB Series wants to have the best team possible and requires a minimum quota  to be met in sales each month.  If you fail to meet the sales requirements, you risk losing your spot.

As a PHB Series representative you will find and manage sales accounts on a lucrative commission based structure.   You have access to purchase product at wholesale pricing and distribute as your own middle man, or you can sign up shops using your own unique URL in which commissions will be tracked and paid out every time they purchase from the website. 

 

Most PHB Representatives work from the comforts of their homes.  You must have a mindset and discipline to be able to be productive while working alone. 

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

you will be responsible to oversee, manage maintain and grow your accounts.    You will develop and maintain the business units’ goals and objectives while staying in line with PHB Serie's overall business strategy, mission, and core values. You will oversee accounts in order to achieve a long term relationship and growth in sales, customer satisfaction, compliance, and quality.

Job Functions

  • Reach out to new stores across the world in order to provide them the best wholesale pricing on excellent quality vape products.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with stores that order through us.
  • Develop relationships with your accounts in order to effectively present new items and products.
  • Directly responsible for yourself.  As a PHB Representative you're able to work the hours you want as long as you meet your minimum monthly quota.
  • Must meet a minimum monthly commitment in sales to keep your possition
  • Represent PHB Series in a professional way.  Any complaints from our customers in regards to the manner in which you handled them can result into an immediate dismissal.
  • Responsible to brand PHB Series through social media channels while maintaining PHB Series Social Media guidelines
  • Responsible to acquire the appropriate documentation before processing wholesale orders.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with state tobacco laws and regulations.  Manage and prevent risk, and maintain an effective business continuity strategy.
  • Develop and maintain a good product knowledge in order to properly represent PHB Series.
  • Apply standard retail and branding principles (supply chain, forecasting, brick & mortar retail, customer service, brand voice, and employee motivation) in a fresh and innovative way to facilitate growth of PHB Series.

 

 

  • Responsible for attracting, building, and retaining a team of exceptional professionals to ensure business unit goals are met.
  • Serve as subject matter experience regarding all things related to CBD.
  • Possess and develop a strong working knowledge of the CBD landscapes and current trends
  • Use strong analytical, big picture thinking, and creative leadership skills to develop programs and campaigns aimed at increasing loyalty, customer retention, conversion rates, and a lifetime value with a customer.
  • Drive business results/KPIs by leveraging data both for driving change and measuring impact of delivery. Forecast ROI and manage the CBD P&L.
  • Responsible for ongoing working knowledge of strengths/weaknesses, competitive advantages/disadvantages, key players, and other opportunities.
  • Collaborate and interact with owners and other members of senior leadership to develop the CBD portfolio, define key strategies, and create roadmaps that will enable the company to achieve their annual business objectives.
  • Closely monitors market, customer needs, and trends and works within a cross-functional environment to translate into future enhancements and opportunities.
  • Serve as an effective manager and coach to team members in meeting business goals and inspiring their continuing development.

  • Ability to change and adapt to current and future responsibilities and circumstances.
  • Willing to move up in the PHB Series Team as opportunities present themselves
